Why We Exist

Through strategic initiatives, collaborative partnerships, and a passion for progress, we strive to make a measurable difference. Our work is rooted in compassion and fueled by a vision of sustainable transformation in Liberia and beyond.

At the core of Heart In Heaven is our Threefold Hope Rising Initiative—a holistic approach to community transformation built on three foundational pillars:

1. Empowerment Through Education

Education is the gateway to opportunity and the cornerstone of lasting change. We are committed to breaking the cycle of poverty by providing access to quality education for underserved children and youth. From early childhood development to vocational training, our programs equip individuals with the tools to succeed academically and pursue their dreams.

The school year is just getting started in Liberia, and currently, 150 students are receiving the resources they need to access quality education and build a brighter future.

2. Community Development & Sustainable Livelihoods

We believe that strong, resilient communities are essential to a thriving society. Through microfinance, entrepreneurship training, and economic empowerment programs, we help individuals start businesses, create jobs, and support their families with dignity.

Our savings and loan programs have impacted over 300 individuals and counting.

The three different cycles of our vocational training program have equipped over 60 graduates with marketable skills, and we are preparing about 35 more to follow.

These efforts are creating pathways out of poverty and fostering long-term stability and hope for a brighter tomorrow.

3. Discipleship & Spiritual Renewal

Transformation begins within. At Heart In Heaven, we nurture spiritual growth through discipleship programs, Bible studies, and mentorship. We believe in the power of faith to inspire hope, build resilience, and renew hearts.

By integrating discipleship into every aspect of our work, we cultivate leaders who carry the light of Christ into their communities and beyond.
